Happy Home Home Day

A Happy Gobble Gobble Day és a Happy Bunny Bunny Day után most ismét egy Trilogy mintát hímeztem: a Happy Home Home Day-t. Nagyon tetszik ez a sorozat, lehet, hogy más mintákat is kihímezek majd belőle? :)

After stitching Happy Gobble Gobble Day and Happy Bunny Bunny Day, this time I stitched Happy Home Home Day from Trilogy. I really like this series, and who knows, maybe I will stitch more patterns from it in the future?

Amikor pedig hímzős kedvem alábbhagyott, horgoltam egy újabb párnahuzatot a már meglévő mellé. Ez egy kicsit nagyobb lett, de a hátulja ismét finom, puha, polár anyagból készült.

When I did not feel like stitching, I was working on a new crocheted pillowcase. This time it is a bit bigger, but the back is from the same soft polar fabric.

Mindeközben pedig küldtem is, kaptam is csomagot a Stitched With Love Exchanges "Tea-Party in the Garden" cseréje keretében, de egyelőre még egyiket sem mutathatom :( Remélem legközelebb már igen! :)

In the meanwhile, I sent and received packages in the Tea-Party in the Garden exchange of Stitched With Love Exchanges, but I cannot show them to you yet :( But hopefully next time! :)

Ourson Fille

Hímeztem már egyszer Tralala mackót, akkor a fiúmaci készült párom unokaöccsének első születésnapjára. Most a lánymackót hímeztem ki, és a kisfiú születendő unokatestvére kapja majd, születése alkalmából ;) Már a keret is megvan hozzá, de a nevet és a dátumot majd csak pár hónap múlva tudom ráhímezni :)

Tralala - Ourson fille

I have stitched a Tralala bear once, the boy version, to the 1st birthday of my husband's nephew. This time I stitched the girl, and it is going to be a present for the future cousin of the above mentioned little boy ;) I already have the frame for it, but the name and the date I will only be able to stitch in a few months time :)

És ha már így belejöttem, készült néhány előke is, kacsával, macival...

Csere - Exchange

A közelmúltban egy nagyszerű csere zajlott a Stitched With Love Exchanges oldalon az Olimpiai Játékok, és a brit királynő uralkodásának 60. évfordulója jegyében. Sajnos ebben én külföldiként nem vehettem részt, amit nagyon sajnáltam. Éppen ezért megegyeztünk Elaine-nel, a csere szervezőjével, hogy készítünk egymásnak egy-egy csomagot, és az országainkra jellemző dolgokat küldünk egymásnak. Elaine egy skót-brit csomagot állított össze, én pedig egy magyar-spanyol csomagot küldtem.

Not long ago there was a fantastic exchange at Stitched With Love Exchanges. The theme was the Olympic games and the Queen's Jubilee. Unfortunately I could not participate in it, but we agreed with Elaine, the organizer of the exchange to send each other a package: "my country to yours". She put together a Scottish-British package and I sent her a Hungarian-Spanish one.

Elaine ezeket a fantasztikus dolgokat küldte nekem / Elaine sent me these fantastic things:

A gyönyörű hímzett képen Skócia jelképe, a bogáncs látható, a képeslapon pedig az Edinburh-i vár, ahol én is jártam egyszer, sok-sok évvel ezelőtt.

Elaine stitched me a beautiful picture with the symbol of Scotland, the thistle. And on the card the Castle of Edinburgh, I have been there many many years ago.

Nagy tervem, hogy szeretném a lakást (legalábbis egy részét) mindig az évszaknak megfelelő hímzésekkel díszíteni. Őszi díszítésben már nem lesz hiány :)

My big plan is to decorate the flat (or at least part of it) with seasonal stitches. Now I will not have problems when the autumn arrives :)

Lapult egy kis, masnival átkötött csomagocska is a dobozban, ezt Elaine Anyunak küldte, és ezek a kincsek voltak benne.

There was a little package with a pretty white bow in the box, Elaine sent it for my Mum. These were the treasures inside.

Én egy magyar-spanyol csomagot állítottam össze. A hímzett párnához egy régebbi Praktika magazinból választottam ezt az olajbogyós mintát. Azt hiszem, ez igazán jellemző Spanyolországra :)

I put together a Hungarian-Spanish package. For the stitching I chose the pattern from an old magazine, I think olives represent Spain well :)

A hímzés mellett még ezek kerültek a csomagba: / Besides the stitching, I included these goodies in the package:
