Itt a március, a napsütés, én is ablakot nyitok a tavaszra!

March is here, so as the sunshine, I also open my windows to welcome the spring!

Mostanában csupa meglepetésen dolgozom, és mindig nagy öröm, amikor célba ér egy-egy csomag, és sikerül örömet szereznem vele. Elaine-t már régóta szerettem volna meglepni valamivel, így amikor megláttam a boltban ezt a báránykás anyagot, rögtön tudtam, hogy neki szeretnék készíteni valamit belőle. Szerencsére megtaláltam a hozzá illő mintát is :)

Prairie Schooler - Four Seasons - Spring

Lately I have been working on several surprises and it is always so nice when a package arrives and I know that I could make someone a little bit happy. I wanted to stitch something for Elaine for a long time, so when I saw this fabric with sheeps on it, I new immediately that I would like to make her something from it. Fortunately I could find a matching pattern as well :)

Love&Friendship Exchange

Még az év elején jelentkeztem a Stitched with love exchanges Love&Friendship cseréjére, és most végre nektek is megmutathatom, milyen gyönyörű csomagot kaptam Teresatól.

Back in January I joined the Love&Friendship exchange on the Stitched with love exchanges blog. Finally the time has arrived and I can show you what I sent and what I received. My package arrived from Teresa.

Volt a csomagban egy gyönyörű hímzett párna, ami azóta is a nappalinkat díszíti.

Teresa stitched me a beautiful pillow, which is on display in our living room ever since it arrived.

Kaptam még gyönyörű fonalakat, gombokat (már alig várom, hogy használhassam őket), szalagot, képeslapokat, egy szépséges füzetet hozzá illő tollal. Teresa, nagyon szépen köszönöm ezeket a kincseket!!!

Teresa also included threads, buttons, ribbon, postcards, a beautiful notebook with matching pen, a lovely tin filled with sweets. She also included a big bag of aida fabrics in beautiful colours, which I have already started to use :) Teresa, thank you so so much for all these treasures!

Ebben a cserében én Christinának küldtem csomagot, mutatom mi volt benne.

I sent my package to Christina, here is what I included.

Mivel Christina szereti a kisebb díszeket, 18-as anyagon hímeztem Lizzie Kate Plant Love mintáját.

As Christina likes smaller ornaments, I stitched her Plant Love from Lizzie Kate on a 18ct fabric.

Örülök, hogy részt vehettem ebben a nagszerű cserében, és köszönöm Elaine-nek, hogy mindezt ilyen remekül megszervezte!

I am happy that I could be part of yet another great exchange and a big thank you to Elaine for organizing it!

Tavasz a télben :)

Tavaly karácsony táján szépséges ajándékokkal teli csomagot kaptam Lekitől. Most én leptem meg őt egy kis csomaggal, így próbálva tavaszt csempészni a télbe :)

Before Christmas I received a beautiful package from Leki. Now it was my turn to surprise her, and in this way trying to bring a little spring to the winter days.

Kateee-tól kaptam egy kedves díjat, amit nagyon szépen köszönök.

Meglepetések - Surprises

Az utóbbi időben csupa titkos hímzésen dolgozom :) Van, ami már célba is ért, de egyelőre csak ezt a egyet mutathatom itt a blogon. Anyunak készítettem ezt a kis zsákot, kulcsos mintával, mert szereti/gyűjti a régi kulcsokat :)

In the last couple of weeks I was working on secret projects. Some have already arrived, but I can only show you this one so far. I stitched and made this little bag for my mother, with an old key, because she likes and collects old keys :)

Minta/Pattern

Egy nagy meglepetés is ért a napokban: megérkezett a karácsonyi csomagom Apriltől, amit a Stitched With Love Exchanges karácsonyi játékában küldött nekem. Több, mint másfél hónapot utazott, de szerencsére nem veszett el.

I had a great surprise last week: I have received my Christmas package from April that she sent me in the Christmas exchange of Stitched With Love Exchanges. It was traveling for more than a month and a half, but fortunately it did not get lost :)

Az elmult napokban nagyon hideg volt felénk is, és én már alig várom a tavaszt. Addig is, itt egy parányi kert a lakásban :)

It was really cold here in the last couple of days, and I am waiting so much for the spring. Till it arrives, here is a little garden in the flat :)

Bagoly invázió - Invasion of owls

Ellepték a házat a baglyok! Persze csak képletesen, hímzett és horgolt verzióban :)

We are having an invasion of owls here! Fortunately only in stitched and crocheted versions :)

Hoztam néhány virágos képet is. Ha a tavasz mág várat is magára, azért a virágokban ilyenkor is lehet gyönyörködni :)

I have some flower photos too. Although spring is still far away, there are still flowers to admire.

WIP és apróságok - WIPs and smalls

Idén eddig nem sok időm jutott hímezni, és már hiányzik is. 2012-re vonatkozó hímzős terveim között szerepel viszont, hogy befejezek minden megkezdett munkát... Remélem sikerül is betartanom :) Ezzel a két képpel szeretném kezdeni:

Karácsonyi ajándékok - Christmas presents #4

Időben feladtam ezt a csomagot, mégis karácsony után érkezett csak meg. De a lényeg, hogy megérkezett, és sikerült örömet szereznem vele Michelle-nek.

I mailed this package on time, still, it only arrived after Christmas. But it arrived, and what is the most important, Michelle said she liked it all :)

Én is kaptam egy mesés ajándékokkal teli csomagot. Carol, nagyon szépen köszönöm ezt a csodás meglepetést! Már alig várom, hogy elkezdhessem hímezni ezt a kedves Prairie Schooler képet!

Ezt a gyönyörűséget pedig Zsuzsa készítette. Ajándékba küldtük, remélem sikerült örömet szereznünk vele. Ha még nem ismeritek Zsuzsa munkáit, nézzetek szét nála. Meseszép dolgokat készít, művészi kivitelezéssel.
